Can I hire the Transfer Vehicle and Driver to travel elsewhere?

Yes you can, within reason of course.  Just phone us on 0421 971 301.  If you don’t ask, you’ll probably never know.

How many people will the Airport Transfer Vehicle carry?

The Airport Transfer vehicle can carry up to 6 passengers, including your luggage comfortably.

We can provide booster seats or baby seats at no additional costs.

Do you offer transfer to other destinations?

Yes. We offer transfers to the entire Noosa and Sunshine Coast area. From Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Noosa Springs, Tewantin, Sunrise Beach, Sunshine Beach, Marcus Beach, Peregian Beach, Peregian Springs to Coolum Beach, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, we’re here to make your stay in this beautiful area easy. How does it work?

Bookings are easy! You can either make a booking through our “Book now”, where we need details of where and when to collect you, But you will see the questions are on the booking page (don’t forget to mention if you’ve heaps of luggage). or just phone us on 0421 971 301 (If the driver is busy and can’t take your call, we will ring you back.)

How many people can you pick up at one time?

Our SUV’s can carry up to 7 passengers and 7 cabin sized cases easily (keeping in mind that if you are after child restraints this limits the “Not so Squeezy”.

What happens when we arrive to the Maroochydore Airport?

99% of the time we will be standing in the baggage collection area with a sign with your name on it. The other 1% is usually when we are on our way in the door. The vehicle is just outside the door and we will assist you with your luggage.

How do we pay?

You can pay using the following payment methods:

  1. On the day, By Credit/Debit Card/Cash with the driver
  2. Prior to your booking, let us know and we will issue you with an invoice for a bank transfer.
How much luggage can we bring?

Generally the same as your airline, eg: One carry-on and one checked bag. But if you’ve loads of luggage or are bringing a bike, stroller, porta cot etc let us know before hand.

How much time should be allow for our trip to the airport from the Noosa Area?

We will generally pick you up for your flight One ½ – Two Hours before your flight. If this is your return trip we can tee-up your pickup time when we deliver you to your holiday destination on arrival day.

Can we pick up other persons on the same booking?

Yes we can, as long as we have time and have prior notice. We will let you know if there is an additional cost.

When are we likely to receive a confirmation of our electronic booking?

Generally we can confirm a booking within a few hours.

Can we bring our Dog?

Yes you can. He or She is a family member too & if the airport says yes and your accommodation house says yes, then so do we. Just let us know, what type & size dog and we’ll work where stash them.

Can we stop at the Supermarket or Bottle shop for the bare essentials?

Yes we can if we have time, generally $10 bucks for each 10 minutes.

We are going to a wedding, and wondered if you could arrange to transport us?

Yes we can, let us know when and where, and we will squeeze you in. Generally around $10 bucks for each way locally (noting prices are always on request).  We can arrange a pickup time to and from the service, the reception or to your hotel after a night of fun and frolicking.  Just ask.

We are thinking of going to Australia Zoo, how do we get there?

We can arrange a hire car from one of our fleet. Just ask or book via our website RentaCarNoosa

We have a booking at the Spirit House, but we don’t know how to get there or back

We can help you, if you are wanting to enjoy a beverage or three, we can drop you there and pick you up.  If you’re wanting to hire a car then we can sort that (and a navman) for you. Just ask or book via our website RentaCarNoosa

What do we do on a rainy day with the kids?

We’ve all had cabin fever! If the kids are not scared of a bit of rain, and they like water, then head to https://aquaparkcoolum.com.au/.  You can either hire a car from us, or we can drop you off and pick you up.  The kids will love it and you can sit and have a coffee.

How much time should be allow for our trip to the Brisbane Airport from the Noosa Area?

We will generally pick you up from the Noosa Area a minimum of Two hours before your check in time.  If this is your return trip we can tee-up your pickup time when we deliver you to your holiday destination on arrival day.

How long is the trip (transfer)

Generally to and from the Maroochydore Airport is 30-40 minutes. In peak periods these times can vary.

What happens if my arrival flight is late?

We keep an eye on your flight arrival using electronic apps.  We will try our utmost to collect you when your flight actually arrives.  If you know the flight is going to be late, send us a text message with your surname and your estimated time of arrival.

What if our flight is cancelled?

Text us with your surname and cancellation details as soon as you know, and we will try our utmost to collect you when your flight actually arrives.

What happens when we arrive to the Brisbane Domestic Airport?
  1. Send us a text message to 0421 971 301 once you have collected your luggage.
  2. We will confirm your text by supplying you our vehicle make colour and registration,
  3. We will then make our way to the public pick up area (in about 5 mins)
  4. Make your way to the public pick up area, we will have a sign in the windscreen with your name on it.
What happens when we arrive to the Brisbane International Airport?

99% of the time we will be standing outside the customs exit doors – turn left when you come out and we will be there with a sign with your name on it. The other 1% is usually when we are on our way in the door. The vehicle is just outside the door and we will assist you with your luggage.

Do we do early morning and late night pickups? (eg: before 6am and after 11pm)

Yes we do, and we will let you know if there is an additional cost.
