What we offer – Transfers to Noosa provides private transfers to and from the Sunshine Coast Airport, Brisbane Airports, and Brisbane City. We also provide private transfer services to other locations.  Contact us to discuss.

*Our prices are Exclusive per transfer. “Not sharing a ride with strangers”

*Our Services are “Pre-Paid + Pre-Planned or Pre-Booked”

*Our prices are Fixed Price Job.

*You do not pay extra for traffic delays. “No Running Meters in Traffic”.

*No Surge Pricing or any shocking surprise end of the trip.

*Pay by secure online payment system.

*This quote is for 1 standard sized luggage + 1 carry-On per person. Any additional luggage, charges may apply. Please contact us for assistance.

*No extra charges for Child Seat. (T&C Apply)

*Changes to pick up times must be requested 24 hours prior to travel and NOT on the day, we will try our best to accommodate your request, but sometimes it just isn’t possible.  Changes to arrival times from airlines is not within your realm and we will make every attempt on still meeting your flight.

*This Price is based on Distance (klm) not time you spend in the traffic, along with numbers of passengers, and other transported items.

*Duration of the trip is based on distance without traffic and is for customer guidance purpose only.

*$10.00 AUD surcharge applies for each stop on the way. (For Pre-Planned Trips Only. Same day adding any stops is subject to availability and higher charges may apply) – Noting If the passenger has not notified us of an additional stop when making the booking, the driver may not have sufficient time to accommodate the request.  Noting we will try our best to accommodate your request if time allows.

*$20.00 AUD surcharge applies for transfers between 6.00 pm and 07:00 am (Local time)

*Traveling with Surf Board or a Bike Box, “No worries” you can easily add that to your booking form (T&C’s Apply).

*All our vehicles are comfortable and safe.

*Please be specific with booking details and luggage count in the Booking form therefore, we can allocate the vehicle accordingly.

*Best Available Vehicle In Our Fleet – Price is the first available vehicle from our fleet at the time and date of the pickup.

*All transfers from Brisbane require prepayment.

Delayed or Cancelled Flights.

Transfers to Noosa does not charge extra for delayed or cancelled flights.

Need to change your booking?

If you need to change your booking please let us know at least 24 hours before. If it’s a flight delay please text us as soon as you are aware on 0421 971 301 with your surname and new arrival time.  We will try our utmost to collect you when your flight actually arrives.  Noting that other bookings may result in a slight delay or other last minute changes.  Also see the Customer Cancellation Conditions.

Booking Confirmations

Once you have completed an online booking, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you advising you that we will be in contact shortly with the price and our availability.  If you haven’t received a response within 24 hours please phone us on 0421 971 301.

Noosa area pick up times

For Noosa to the Sunshine Coast Airport (Maroochydore), We will pick you up 1 ½ to 2 hours before your departure time.  Note please be ready for collection a minimum of 5 minutes before the pickup time to assist in your timely arrival at the other end.  Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on in case we need to contact you.  We charge additional waiting time if we have to wait more than 10 mins, after that you will be charged $10 for every 10 mins.  Note: If you delay the pickup time we cannot guarantee to get you to your flight on time.

Customer cancellation conditions

Cancellations/Amendments – Administration Fees of the total booking amount if you cancel for any reason (this is the non-refundable deposit):

*25% of the total booking amount if cancelled with 5 days’ notice of (business days only) but not less than 96 business hours.

*50% of the total booking amount if cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice (business days only) of Booking but not less than 48 hours.

*100% of the total booking amount if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice (business days only) of booking.

*Note: Merchant Facility fees will not be refunded at any time.

If we are late

We cannot guarantee on being on time every time but we will do our utmost to get you there on time. Sometimes circumstances outside of our control may cause delays (eg: the flight before you ran late, or we had to stop mid transfer for a child to go to the toilet (believe me this has happened)).  We haven’t had anyone miss their flight yet and we’re not about to change that record.
