Delayed or Cancelled Flights.

Transfers to Noosa does not charge extra for delayed or cancelled flights.

Need to change your booking?

If you need to change your booking please let us know at least 24 hours before. If it’s a flight delay please text us as soon as you are aware on 0421 971 301 with your surname and new arrival time.  We will try our utmost to collect you when your flight actually arrives.  Noting that other bookings may result in a slight delay or other last minute changes.

Booking Confirmations

Once you have completed an online booking, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you advising you that we will be in contact shortly with the price and our availability.  If you haven’t received a response within 24 hours please phone us on 0421 971 301.

Noosa area pick up times

For Noosa to the Sunshine Coast Airport (Maroochydore), We will pick you up 1 ½ to 2 hours before your departure time.  Note please be ready for collection a minimum of 5 minutes before the pickup time to assist in your timely arrival at the other end.  Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on in case we need to contact you.  We charge additional waiting time if we have to wait more than 10 mins, after that you will be charged $10 for every 10 mins.  Note: If you delay the pickup time we cannot guarantee to get you to your flight on time.

If we are late

We cannot guarantee on being on time every time but we will do our utmost to get you there on time. Sometimes circumstances outside of our control may cause delays (eg: the flight before you ran late, or we had to stop mid transfer for a child to go to the toilet (believe me this has happened)).  We haven’t had anyone miss their flight yet and we’re not about to change that record.

Your details are completely confidential, and we will not voluntarily or wilfully share your contact details.
